  • Pay for your first week, when I receive your payment I will get in touch and start looking over your details and planning our approach.
  • We will jump on a call/message whatever you prefer, and start to outline exactly what you are struggling with and your first steps to breaking these down!s.

2.Set-up/Consultation

  • You receive your transformation welcome pack which has lot's of useful help and support from training to nutrition in to get you started

3.App set up

We need to get you set up on our client app, this is where the hub of our training is

  •  link our app to myfitnesspal for your nutrition and to your fitness wearables and watches which allows you to keep track of your exercise and our resistance sessions.
  • Allows us to monitor and track progress throughout your journey.

4.Personalised plan

  • You start your 12 week introductory gym programme delivered to you via our training app. This starts as basic as you need and will directly be making you stronger and more confident in the gym.The app makes following and tracking your workouts a breeze so you only have to think about workout execution as you step into the gym.

5.Start training!

  • I have provided everything you now need to start showing up and putting in the work.
  • You are following our training programme via our app, learning new habits that will transform your lifestyle and putting our nutritional blueprint into action!

Cancelation policy

You can stop working with me at anytime, I understand that things can happen or change and you have the right to be able to stop if it is needed.

Can I get refunded?

I know you may get signed up and then have a change of heart. This is unlikely i'm sure but still I offer a 14-day money back guarantee when you join my coaching programme

Do I have to commit to a certain period?

Coaches do this to get you to buy into the process and also get your money upfront, I don't work like that. If you want to try a week initiallyand see exactly what the programme is like, thats fine.

Do you help with my nutrition?

Yes, I help support you with your nutrition by offering you advice and how to create a sustainable lifestyle which helps you achieve your goals.

Is there a community?

When you join my programme you get added into our online community chat which is a great place for added accountability, help and support from people with similar struggles!
